As a H.O.G.™ Elite Visa Signature® cardmember, you will earn points based on eligible net purchases (purchases minus credits and returns) made with your account. You will earn points as follows:
  • 5 points for every $1 in eligible purchases during each billing cycle at merchants classified as H‑D (dealerships, H‑D.com, the H‑D Museum, Factory Tours, and H‑D Insurance) and gas stations.
  • 2 points for every $1 in eligible purchases during each billing cycle at merchants classified as restaurants, fast food, bars, hotels and other lodging.
  • 1 point for every $1 for all other eligible purchases during each billing cycle.
As an H‑D™ Visa Signature® cardmember, you will earn points based on eligible net purchases (purchases minus credits and returns) made with your account. You will earn points as follows:
  • 3 points for every $1 in eligible purchases during each billing cycle at merchants classified as H‑D (dealerships, H‑D.com, the H‑D Museum, Factory Tours, and H‑D Insurance) and gas stations.

As an H‑D™ Visa® Secured cardmember, you will earn points based on eligible net purchases (purchases minus credits and returns) made with your account. You will earn points as follows:
  • 1 point for every $1 in eligible purchases during each billing cycle.
Please remember that U.S. Bank cannot control how merchants choose to classify their business or transactions and reserves the right to determine which purchases are eligible. However, if you believe you did not receive the correct amount of points for a purchase, please contact Cardmember Services at 1-800-699-2281.

When you’re enrolled in Real-Time Rewards, you can turn your points into a statement credit to cover your H‑D purchases. First, enroll in Real-Time Rewards through the Rewards Center in your mobile or online account or at EnrollRTR.com. Once you’re enrolled, make a purchase at an H‑D dealership or H‑D.com and you’ll receive a text asking if you’d like to redeem points for that purchase. Reply “Redeem” to see the credit on your next statement. Must have a minimum of 2,500 points to receive a text. Watch this video to learn more.

When you’re ready to turn your points into a gift card to be used at H‑D dealerships, H‑D.com, or the H‑D Museum, log in to your mobile or online account and select Rewards & Benefits. You may also redeem over the phone by calling 1-800-699-2281 and a Rewards Service Advisor will assist you with your redemption.
