How do I earn points?

As an H‑D™ Visa Signature^® cardmember, you will earn points based on eligible and net purchases (purchases minus credits and returns) made with your account. You will earn points as follows:

3 points for every $1 in eligible purchases during each billing cycle at merchants classified as H‑D (dealerships, H‑D.com, the H‑D Museum, Factory Tours, and H‑D Insurance) and gas stations.
2 points for every $1 in eligible purchases during each billing cycle at merchants classified as restaurants, fast food, bars, hotels and other lodging.
1 point for all other eligible purchases during each billing cycle.

Please remember that U.S. Bank cannot control how merchants choose to classify their business or transactions and reserves the right to determine which purchases are eligible. However, if you believe you did not receive the correct amount of points for a purchase, please contact Cardmember Services at 1-800-699-2281.

How long will it take to receive my card?

In most cases, when applying online, you will receive the status of your application immediately. If you are approved, your card will arrive in 7-10 business days.

Am I protected from fraud with Zero Fraud Liability?

Yes. U.S. Bank provides zero fraud liability for unauthorized transactions. Cardmember must notify U.S. Bank promptly of any unauthorized use. Certain conditions and limitations may apply.⁵

¹ Spend $500 in eligible net purchases (net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns) within the first 90 days of account opening and 10,000 Rewards points will be credited to your account 6–8 weeks after the 90-day period. The 10,000 points can be redeemed for a $100 H-D Gift Card. Your Harley-Davidson Visa Account must be open and in good standing to earn and redeem rewards and benefits. The Harley‑Davidson Secured Card is not eligible for the bonus offer.

² Points are earned on eligible Net Purchases. Net Purchases are Purchases minus credits and returns. Not all transactions are considered to be Purchases and eligible to earn rewards, such as transactions posting as Convenience Checks; Balance Transfers; Advances (including ATM withdrawals, wire transfers, traveler’s checks, money orders, foreign cash transactions, betting transactions, and lottery tickets); interest charges and fees; credit insurance premiums; and transactions to (i) fund certain prepaid card products, (ii) buy currency from the U.S. Mint, or (iii) buy cash convertible items. Upon approval, see your Cardmember Agreement for details. Each merchant’s business is identified by a category code established by Visa. We do not determine the category codes applied to merchants’ businesses and reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for additional points. Lodging to include hotels, bed and breakfast establishments, resorts, cabins, cottages, hostels, short-term property rentals less than 30 days in length, and local inns. Must be booked directly through merchant rather than booking site. Rewards points awarded but not redeemed will expire 3 years from the date the points were awarded on December 31, at 11 p.m. CST, of the expiration year. Harley‑Davidson™ Gift Cards issued from H‑D™ Rewards point redemption do not expire. The Harley‑Davidson™ Gift Card is issued by Pathward^®, N.A., Member FDIC. ³ To earn and be awarded points for miles ridden, the Primary H‑D Visa Signature or H‑D H.O.G. Elite Visa Signature cardmember must have an account that is open and in good standing and be an active U.S. H.O.G. member (“Qualifying Cardmember”). After becoming a Qualifying Cardmember, an odometer reading must be recorded at a participating H‑D dealership or by an alternate Harley‑Davidson authorized recording method. H‑D™ Visa Signature cardmembers earn 1 point for each mile ridden. H‑D H.O.G. Elite Visa Signature cardmembers earn 2 points for each mile ridden. Cardmembers can earn up to 50,000 points per calendar year and will be awarded 12 weeks following each subsequent odometer reading, unless further veriﬁcation is requested for award.
