H-D^™ H.O.G.^™ Elite Visa Signature^® Card

As a H.O.G.™ Elite Visa Signature^® cardmember, you will earn points based on eligible and net purchases (purchases minus credits and returns) made with your account. You will earn points as follows:

• 5 points for every $1 in eligible purchases during each billing cycle at merchants classified as H‑D (dealerships, H‑D.com, the H‑D Museum, Factory Tours, and H‑D Insurance) and gas stations.
• 2 points for every $1 in eligible purchases during each billing cycle at merchants classified as restaurants, fast food, bars, hotels and other lodging.
• 1 point for all other eligible purchases during each billing cycle.

Please remember that U.S. Bank cannot control how merchants choose to classify their business or transactions and reserves the right to determine which purchases are eligible. However, if you believe you did not receive the correct amount of points for a purchase, please contact Cardmember Services at 1-800-699-2281.

When you use your H.O.G. Elite Visa card to pay for Harley Owners Group membership fees, we will automatically apply a statement credit of up to $59 annually. Statement credit(s) apply to eligible net purchases (purchases minus credits and returns) that post to your account on a Cardmember-year basis (based on account opening date), if the Account is in good standing. If eligible purchase is greater than $59, credit will be limited to $59 per Cardmember year. This limit applies per account, regardless of how many Card(s)/Cardmembers are on the account.

Existing H.O.G. Life Members will receive 5% back on eligible H‑D^® dealership purchases (purchases minus credits and returns, on your H.O.G. Elite Visa card) made in the current calendar year, up to $59. The 5% back will be in the form of a statement credit to your H.O.G. Elite Visa account no later than the following April. The H.O.G. Elite account must be in good standing at the time statement credit will be applied. Only one credit per account.

When you use your H.O.G. Elite Visa card for purchases at H‑D dealerships, we will automatically apply a statement credit(s) to your account totaling up to $30 annually. Statement credit(s) apply to eligible net purchases (purchases minus credits and returns) that post to your account on a Cardmember-year basis (based on account opening date) if the Account is in good standing. If eligible purchase(s) is greater than $30, credit will be limited to $30 per Cardmember year. This limit applies per account, regardless of how many Card(s) were used for the account.

When you use your H.O.G. Elite Visa card to pay for your eligible monthly SiriusXM subscription over 11 consecutive months, an automatic statement credit of $10 is applied to your account within 2 statement billing cycles. A statement credit will be applied if the account is in good standing. We reserve the right to adjust or reverse any portion of the SiriusXM credit for unauthorized purchases or transaction credits.

In most cases, when applying online, you will receive the status of your application immediately. If you are approved, your card will arrive in 7-10 business days.
