H-D Genuine Rewards FAQs

Harley-Davidson® Genuine Rewards points are good for three years following the date they are awarded to your account, expiring on December 31, at 11:00 p.m. CT of the expiration year.

You can redeem rewards points any of these 3 ways:

  • Redeem for either a plastic or electronic H‑D™ Gift Card if you are planning to put points towards an H‑D® purchase
  • Get a statement credit for your H-D purchase with Real-Time Rewards
  • Combine your H-D Visa points with your H-D Membership points to redeem faster.
When you’re ready to turn your points into $25 to be used at H‑D® dealerships, H‑D.com, or the H‑D Museum, log in to your account and select Rewards. Choose to have your H‑D™ Gift Card emailed to you to use right away or mailed to you within 1–2 weeks. You may also redeem over the phone by calling 1-800-699-2281 and a Rewards Service Advisor will assist you with your redemption.
When you’re enrolled in Real-Time Rewards, you can turn your points into a statement credit to cover your H‑D purchases. Just log in to your account and click on the Rewards tab to access the Rewards Center home page, click Manage Rewards, then click on Enroll Today button in Real-Time Rewards and complete the enrollment form. Once you’re enrolled, make a purchase at an H-D® dealership or H‑D.com to get started.

Before you transfer your H-D™ Visa® points, please ensure that your H-D Visa and H-D® Membership accounts are linked.

Here are the steps to link your accounts:

  1. Confirm that your H-D Visa account profile includes the cell number of the primary H-D Visa cardmember listed on your account. To edit or add a cell number, click the Contact Information link in your H-D Visa account profile or call Cardmember Services at 1-800-699-2281. Allow 24-48 hours for this update to be processed.

  2. Locate your H-D Visa Referral Code, a 10-digit code located at the top right of your billing statement in the Rewards Summary section. You can also request it by calling Cardmember Services at 1-800-699-2281.

  3. Log in to your H-D Membership account on the H-D app and open your profile. Click on your membership card and scroll down to Link Account. Follow the instructions to link your account, using your H-D Visa Referral Code and the cell number in your H-D Visa account.

Once your accounts are linked, navigate to the Rewards Center on H-DVisa.com or the H-D Visa app and click on Transfer Points. Enter your H-D Rewards ID (found in the H-D app), email address and the number of points you'd like to transfer.

You can transfer your points in any increment of 500 ($5) up to your available balance. For example, if your account balance is 2,579 points, you can transfer up to 2,500 of these points in one request.

H-D Membership points can be redeemed at participating dealerships and H-D.com. Confirm your dealership is participating in the H-D Membership program by clicking "More" on the bottom toolbar of your H-D app and then selecting "Find a Dealer.” Participating dealers are marked as "H-D Membership Participant."

H-D Visa $500-A-Day Giveaway

Every day throughout the year, a winner will be selected for a $500 H-D Gift Card based on purchases made for that day. As a cardmember, you will automatically earn 1 entry for each transaction you make using your H-D Visa card. H.O.G. Members earn 2 entries for each transaction. If you are a winner, you will be notified via USPS First Class mail sent to your billing address.  Follow the instructions included with your gift card to activate your card and complete the online winner verification. The H-D Gift Card will be unlocked within approximately 10 days of successful Winner Verification.  See Official Rules for more details.
Yes, you can win multiple times throughout the year, but no more than once per month. If you win more than once, the sweepstakes administrator, Promosis, will collect your Social Security number before the prize is awarded in order to issue an IRS1099-MISC for the total value of the prizes won. Points for Miles Ridden Benefit FAQs

This benefit rewards you for your loyalty to Harley-Davidson when you are both a qualified H-D™ Visa® cardmember and a member of the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.®). Once you are a Qualifying Cardmember, you can begin to earn points for the miles your ride. Every mile you ride on a Harley-Davidson® motorcycle gets you one point on your Harley-Davidson® Visa account. H.O.G.™ Elite Visa Signature cardmembers who are qualifying H.O.G. members earn double points for the miles they ride. Points can be redeemed for an H-D™  Gift Card to spend on gear, service or anything at participating H-D® retail locations.
In order to earn and be awarded points for each mile you ride on your Harley‑Davidson® motorcycle, you must first be a Qualifying Cardmember. After becoming a Qualifying Cardmember, then you must get an odometer reading recorded at an H‑D® dealership to activate this benefit. After that, each additional odometer reading that is recorded will be eligible to receive points for as long as you remain a Qualifying Cardmember.
