How to Apply

It’s easy! Select the card for you and then apply online.
Simply call 1-877-742-4766 and choose Option 2 for the status of an application. For your security, you will be required to enter your Social Security Number. Additional verification may also be needed.

In most cases, when applying online, you will receive the status of your application immediately. If you are approved, your card will arrive in 7–10 business days.

If you are approved for the H‑D™ Visa® Secured card, you should receive your card 7–10 business days after we have received your application and initial security deposit.

How to Earn and Redeem Points

As a H.O.G.™ Elite Visa Signature® cardmember, you will earn points based on eligible and net purchases (Purchases are purchases minus credits and returns) made with your account. You will earn points as follows:

  • 5 points for every $1 in eligible purchases during each billing cycle at merchants classified as H-D® dealerships, h-d.com, the H-D Museum and gas stations.
  • 2 points for every $1 in eligible purchases during each billing cycle at merchants classified as restaurants, fast food, bars, hotels & other lodging.
  • 1 point for all other eligible purchases during each billing cycle.

As a Harley-Davidson® Visa Signature® cardmember, you will earn points based on eligible and net purchases (Purchases are purchases minus credits and returns) made with your account. You will earn points as follows:

  • 3 points for every $1 in eligible purchases during each billing cycle at merchants classified as H-D® dealerships, h-d.com, the H-D Museum and gas stations.
  • 2 points for every $1 in eligible purchases during each billing cycle at merchants classified as restaurants, fast food, bars, hotels & other lodging.
  • 1 point for all other eligible purchases during each billing cycle.

As a Harley‑Davidson® Visa Secured cardmember, you will earn points based on eligible and net purchases (Purchases are purchases minus credits and returns) made with your account. You will earn points as follows:

  • 1 point for every $1 in eligible purchases during each billing cycle.

Please remember that U.S. Bank cannot control how merchants choose to classify their business or transactions and reserves the right to determine which purchases are eligible.

You can redeem rewards points any of these 3 ways:

  • Redeem for either a plastic or electronic H‑D™ Gift Card if you are planning to put points towards an H‑D® purchase
  • Get a statement credit for your H-D purchase with Real-Time Rewards
  • Combine your H-D Visa points with your H-D Membership points to get the H-D products you've been eyeing faster.
When you’re ready to turn your points into $25 to be used at H‑D® dealerships, H-D.com, or the H‑D Museum, log in to your account and select Rewards. Choose to have your H‑D™ Gift Card emailed to you to use right away or mailed to you within 1–2 weeks. You may also redeem over the phone by calling 1-800-699-2281 and a Rewards Service Advisor will assist you with your redemption.
When you’re enrolled in Real-Time Rewards, you can turn your points into a statement credit to cover your H‑D purchases. Just log in to your account and click on the Rewards tab to access the Rewards Center home page, click Manage Rewards, then click on Enroll Today button in Real-Time Rewards and complete the enrollment form. Once you’re enrolled, make a purchase at an H‑D® dealership or h‑d.com to get started.

Before you transfer your H-D™ Visa® points, please ensure that your H-D Visa and H-D® Membership accounts are linked.

Here are the steps to link your accounts:

  1. Confirm that your H-D Visa account profile includes the cell number of the primary H-D Visa cardmember listed on your account. To edit or add a cell number, click the Contact Information link in your H-D Visa account profile or call Cardmember Services at 1-800-699-2281. Allow 24-48 hours for this update to be processed.

  2. Locate your H-D Visa Referral Code, a 10-digit code located at the top right of your billing statement in the Rewards Summary section. You can also request it by calling Cardmember Services at 1-800-699-2281.

  3. Log in to your H-D Membership account on the H-D app and open your profile. Click on your membership card and scroll down to Link Account. Follow the instructions to link your account, using your H-D Visa Referral Code and the cell number in your H-D Visa account.

Once your accounts are linked, navigate to the Rewards Center on H-DVisa.com or the H-D Visa app and click on Transfer Points. Enter your H-D Rewards ID (found in the H-D app), email address and the number of points you'd like to transfer.

You can transfer your points in any increment of 500 ($5) up to your available balance. For example, if your account balance is 2,579 points, you can transfer up to 2,500 of these points in one request.

H-D Membership points can be redeemed at participating dealerships and H-D.com. Confirm your dealership is participating in the H-D Membership program by clicking "More" on the bottom toolbar of your H-D app and then selecting "Find a Dealer.” Participating dealers are marked as "H-D Membership Participant."

Harley‑Davidson® Genuine Reward points are good for three years following the date they are awarded to your account, expiring on December 31st at 11:00 pm CT of the expiration year.

H.O.G.™ Elite Visa® Annual Credits

When you use your H.O.G.™ Elite Visa® card to pay for H.O.G.® Membership fees, we will automatically apply a statement credit of $59 annually. Statement credit(s) apply to eligible net purchases (purchases minus credits and returns) that post to your account on a Cardmember-year basis (based on account opening date), if the Account is in good standing. If eligible purchase is greater than $59, credit will be limited to $59 per Cardmember year. This limit applies per account, regardless of how many Card(s)/Cardmembers are on the account.
Existing H.O.G. Life Members will receive 5% back on eligible H‑D dealership purchases (purchases minus credits and returns, on your H.O.G. Elite Visa card) made in the current calendar year, up to $59. The 5% back will be in the form of a statement credit to your H.O.G. Elite Visa account no later than the following April. The H.O.G. Elite account must be in good standing at the time statement credit will be applied. Only one credit per account.
When you use your H.O.G.™ Elite card for purchases at H‑D® dealerships, we will automatically apply a statement credit(s) to your account totaling up to $30 annually. Statement credit(s) apply to eligible net purchases (purchases minus credits and returns) that post to your account on a Cardmember-year basis (based on account opening date) if the Account is in good standing. If eligible purchase(s) is greater than $30, credit will be limited to $30 per Cardmember year. This limit applies per account, regardless of how many Card(s) were used for the account.
When you use your H.O.G.™ Elite Visa® card to pay for your eligible monthly SiriusXM subscription over 11 consecutive months, an automatic statement credit of $10 applied to your account within 2 statement billing cycles. A statement credit will be applied if the account is in good standing. We reserve the right to adjust or reverse any portion or all of any SiriusXM credit for unauthorized purchases or transaction credits.

Points for Miles Ridden Benefit

This benefit rewards you for your loyalty to Harley‑Davidson when you are both a qualified H‑D™ Visa® cardmember and a member in the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.®). Once you're a Qualifying Cardmember, you can begin to earn points for the miles you ride. Every mile you ride on a Harley‑Davidson® motorcycle gets you one point on your Harley‑Davidson® Visa account. H.O.G.™ Elite Visa Signature® cardmembers that are qualifying H.O.G. members earn double points for the miles they ride. Points can be redeemed for an H‑D™ Gift Card to spend on gear, service or anything at participating H‑D® retail locations.
In order to earn and be awarded points for each mile you ride on your Harley‑Davidson® motorcycle, you must first be a Qualifying Cardmember. After becoming a Qualifying Cardmember, then you must get an odometer reading recorded at an H‑D® dealership to activate this benefit. After that, each additional odometer reading that is recorded will be eligible to receive points for as long as you remain a Qualifying Cardmember.
To earn and be awarded points for the miles you ride, you must be the Primary H‑D™ Visa® cardmember, have an account that is open and in good standing and be an active Harley Owners Group® member (Qualifying Cardmember). Your first name, last name and address on your H‑D™ Visa® account must match the same data fields within the H.O.G.® membership record. See Full Rules (PDF).
You'll know you are the Primary H‑D™ Visa® cardmember if you are the first person listed on your H‑D™ Visa® monthly statement. If you have questions about whether you're the Primary H‑D™ Visa® cardmember, you can call H‑D™ Visa® Cardmember Services at 800-699-2281 to confirm. If you are not a Primary H‑D Visa cardmember, you can apply for the card, and, if approved, you will be the Primary cardmember.
You can compare your first name, last name and address on your H‑D™ Visa® statement with your H.O.G.® member information available on HOG.com under "Manage Your Membership" or by calling 1-800-CLUB-HOG (800-258-2464) to determine if they match exactly. If they do not, call 1-800-CLUB-HOG (800-258-2464) to update your information in the H.O.G.® membership system.
Yes. As an active, Full H.O.G.® member, mileage readings on your Harley‑Davidson® motorcycle are entered into the RIDE365 system and used to populate your Lifetime, Annual, Chapter Challenge and Points for Miles Ridden programs based on each program’s rules.
Yes. You can earn up to a maximum of 50,000 points in each calendar year for a potential of $500. Any miles recorded over this amount may still be applied toward the other RIDE 365 Mileage Programs, but you will not receive any additional points for miles under this H‑D™ Visa® benefit for the calendar year. At the start of the new calendar year, you will again be eligible to earn 50,000 points for miles for as long as you remain a Qualifying Cardmember.
Each mile earns you a point and each point is worth $0.01. If you ride 10,000 miles in a year, that’s $100.00 in points that you can redeem for an H‑D™ Gift Card to use on anything at a participating H‑D® retail location. H.O.G.™ Elite Visa Signature® cardmembers that are qualifying H.O.G members earn double points for the miles they ride.
Harley‑Davidson® motorcycles that are owned or rented by the Qualifying cardmember will be eligible to earn points. VIN’s must be identified as a Harley‑Davidson® motorcycle to qualify and entered into the RIDE365 system properly by the Dealer. If the complete H‑D® VIN is not entered, you will not receive points for miles because we cannot verify that it was an H-D® motorcycle.
Yes. As a Qualifying Cardmember, you will need to get an odometer reading recorded for each H‑D® motorcycle you own, to activate this benefit for that VIN. After each additional reading, for each registered bike, the miles you ride will be accumulated and you will earn points up to a maximum of 50,000 in each calendar year.
