Getting and using the H-D™ Visa card
  • Click to Show/Hide How can I check the status of my application?
    • Please call 800-947-1444 and choose option 1 for the status of an application. For your security, you will be required to enter your social security number to locate the application. Additional verification item(s) may be needed to validate.
  • Click to Show/Hide How long will it take to receive my card?
    • In most cases, when applying online you will receive the status of your application immediately. If you are approved, your card will arrive in 7-10 business days. Length of time varies depending on individual credit status, address verification and card processing time.

    If you apply for the H-D™ Visa Secured card, you should receive your card 7-10 business days after we have received your application and initial security deposit.

H-D™ Genuine Rewards
  • Click to Show/Hide Why aren't Harley Chrome® Cash certificates sent out automatically?
    • Some cardmembers prefer to save their Genuine Rewards points until they have enough to make a large purchase using Harley Chrome® Cash certificates, and some prefer to receive their Harley Chrome® Cash as soon as they earn enough points. So we allow cardholders to choose when they receive their certificate by having them request it when they are ready to redeem.
  • Click to Show/Hide Where can I use Harley Chrome® Cash certificates?
    • You can use Harley Chrome® Cash certificates toward Genuine Harley-Davidson® Motor Accessories, MotorClothes® apparel and accessories at any participating, authorized Harley-Davidson® dealerships. They can be used toward purchases and services when you use your Harley-Davidson® Visa Card to pay for the purchase balance.
